Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the above position which is based in Harare under Parksmed Investments division. The incumbent will be reporting to the Wholesale operations Executive
Duties and Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns;
• Identifying and approaching prospective wholesale customers;
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis;
• Promoting Parksmed pharmaceutical products and services;
• Maintaining and growing relationships with existing customers;
• Identifying new sales opportunities and market segments;
• Supporting sales drives and promotional activities;
• Maintaining a database of existing and prospective customers;
• Monitoring customer feedback and recommending improvements; and
• Preparing regular marketing and sales performance reports.
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 Ordinary level subjects,
• Diploma in Pharmaceutical technician
• At least five years working experience in, pharmaceutical sales or healthcare business development.
• A sound understanding of Pharmaceutical,
• Good customer service, hard work and trustworthy are required attributes.
• Registered Pharmaceutical Technician with the Medicines Control Authority of Zimbabwe (MCAZ).
• Valid Practicing Certificate.
• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare business development.
• Proven experience selling pharmaceuticals, surgical sundries,, or healthcare products.
• Strong understanding of the Zimbabwe pharmaceutical market and GDP requirements
• Experience in preparing quotations, tender submissions, and customer account management.
• Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and pharmacy management systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Valid Class 4 driver's licence.
