Job Description

Nash Paints is looking for a Marketing Officer who shall be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products or services, enhance brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. This role involves a mix of digital and traditional marketing, event coordination, content creation, and market research.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Create and manage content for social media, websites, newsletters, and other digital platforms.

Coordinate marketing events, promotions, and product launches.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs and analytics.

Maintain and update marketing databases

Support the design and production of marketing materials (e.g., brochures, posters, videos).

Collaborate with sales, product, and design teams to align messaging and branding.

Stay current with marketing trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in a marketing or communications role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing software

Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
