Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Marketing Officer with a strong focus on performance marketing to spearhead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in generating new business leads, optimizing ad performance, and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI). This role involves strategizing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, enhancing organic content, and utilizing data-driven insights to drive success.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for:

• Performance Marketing
• Google Ads Management
• Website Optimization
• Social Media Strategy
• Analytics and Reporting
• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Content Creation
• Email Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage performance-driven digital marketing strategies with a focus to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance

• Collaborate with web developers to manage and enhance the corporate website, improving traffic and conversion rates.
• Lead SEO efforts to improve the visibility and performance of our webpages and affiliate sites.
• Utilize analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO software to track performance and refine strategies.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of digital and social campaign performance, providing regular updates and insights to the company management.
• Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging digital marketing trends and technologies

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong emphasis on performance marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, and data-driven campaign management.
• Skilled in optimizing landing pages, web pages, and user funnels to enhance conversion rates.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing to refine marketing strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
• Proficient in marketing automation tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
