We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand growth, increase sales, and enhance our market position.
1.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
2. Manage and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
3. Plan and execute successful product launches, including market research, product positioning, and promotional campaigns.
4. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
5. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity.
6. Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective allocation of resources and achieve ROI targets.
7. Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the dairy or FMCG industry.
3. Proven marketing expertise, including brand management, digital marketing, and market research.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
