Marketing Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the principal accountabilities of the job are:
• Marketing Planning
• Brand and Reputation Management
• Product and Market Development
• Customer Experience Management
• Demand Generation
• Business Development
• Stakeholder interactions.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications:
• A Marketing Degree
• A professional qualification in Marketing e.g. IMM/ICM
• A Master's degree in Marketing will be an added advantage
The Ideal Candidate Must:
• Have at least 5 years' post qualification experience in Marketing with at least 3 years' experience at Managerial level.
• Have good presentation and communication skills
• Be decisive with good planning and organizing skills.
• Be good in resources coordination
• Have significant exposure to event management
• Be a creative Marketer with good business appreciation
• Have good negotiation skills
• Have good web analytics skills
• Be a person of integrity who is able to observe and protect the confidential nature of information;
