Job Description
To identify, measure, monitor, manage and report all financial and operational risks and make appropriate recommendations
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Conduct and coordinate the Operational Risk Assessments (ORSA)
2. Development and review of the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Plan (ICAAP)
and submission to Head Risk
3. Stress Testing the market, liquidity and credit risks and report to Head Risk in line with Bank policies
4. Reviewing of policies and procedure manuals for the Bank and recommending updates to
the respective departments
5. Reviewing the business continuity management framework, training members and maintaining
the framework
6. Prepares and manages the Bank’s overall Risk Matrix
7. Administers the bank’s insurance portfolio
8. Conducts risk evaluation for new products and services
9. Develops and reviews the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Plan
10. Develops and reviews stress testing models for liquidity, credit and market risk
Qualifications and Experience
Degree in Banking & Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial or Risk Management
5 years Risk Management experience in a banking or financial sector
