MANAGER STRATEGY AND BUSINESS ANALYSIS
• Manage and coordinate the strategic planning and organisation development function within Zimpost.
• Initiate and coordinate the design and formulation of the corporate vision, Mission, Objectives and Targets for the business.
• Monitor and evaluate business strategies and ongoing projects.
• Conduct environmental analysis, identify implications to Zimpost and provide advisory services on strategic issues. Recommends appropriate strategies and tactics that ensures business viability and growth.
• Prepare relevant data for strategic planning, project analysis and business decision making processes through the development of and maintenance of efficient and effective management information systems.
• Monitor Zimpost performance metrics, performance dashboard for the Board Chairman and Postmaster General and provide recommendations on areas to be addressed.
• Leads projects and provides advice to Senior Management on project prioritisation and strategic fit.
• Provide IRBM support to all departments in the formulation of departmental programme activities and Performance Plans that aligns to the Corporate Strategy.
• Produce periodic reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Initiate and coordinate Organisation Development interventions geared to transform Zimpost into a viable and vibrant entity.
• BSc Honours Degree in Economics/ Business Studies /Management or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation or Equivalent.
• Certification in Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategy or Performance Management is an added advantage.
• High computer literacy and data analytics with exceptional skills in presentation packages e.g. excel, PowerPoint, data analytical tools
• At least 3 years' experience in Strategic Planning, Performance Management, or Monitoring & Evaluation.
