Job Description
Industry: Textile
Responsible for day to day running of make-up department, receiving of finalizing processing of fabric. To perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities. Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time deliveries
Duties and Responsibilities
• Graduate with Degree or strong industrial experience with a little background and hands on experience as a controller on ISO standards having worked for 5-10 years of relevant position.
• Good computer knowledge, experience in CMT section and have traceable records of meeting production target.
• Good work reference from previous employer with a textile background or manufacturing industry
• Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
Qualifications and Experience
• Receiving & processing goods from Dye house
• Executing urgent orders
• Patrolling the department, checking quality of work in process & efficiencies
• Monitor all the orders going through the department
• Ensuring the availability of accessories
• Ensuring there is no overlapping of work from previous shifts
• Monitoring daily production & ensuring there is no backlog
• Promote importance of quality of work throughout the department
• Ensuring that all production machines are in good running order
• To instill and maintain good discipline of the whole department Monitoring employee's performance
