Job Description
To create tools, parts, and objects by operating industrial machines, grinders, and lathes in a machine workshop shop.
Duties and Responsibilities
Operate and maintain industrial machines.
Interpret technical drawings and instructions.
Takes precise measurements for cutting or shaping.
Selects appropriate machine and settings for a given task.
Plans proper sequence of tasks to complete the assignment.
Produce precision tools.
Ensure that all operations adhere to safety protocols.
Check that all equipment produced works correctly.
Qualifications and Experience
class 1 journeyman
vast experience
multi-skilled
mature age
based in Bulawayo
