Job Description
Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Medical Doctors to offer locum services to Nectacare Private Limited in Zvishavane, Shurugwi, Harare and Victoria Falls.

The purpose of the job shall include but shall not be limited to:
• Assessing and diagnosing patient’s medical conditions and giving practical solutions to their health conditions.
• Counselling Nectacare Private Limited patients
• Monitoring and managing HIV/AIDS cases, COVID cases and other health related cases according to set standards and protocols on all patients and ensuring the proper use of prescribed tools.
• Monitoring and providing quality care on all patients and observing patients charter.
• Providing general care to patients admitted in the wards
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
• A Medical Degree (MBChB)
• Anesthesia qualification is an added advantage
Ideal Candidate must:
• Have at least 4 years’ experience working with the Ministry of Health and Child
Care
• Have at least 2 years' experience in private practice
• Have Good knowledge in HIV/AIDS and COVID case management with training as an added advantage.
• Be a good team player with good problem solving and decision making skills.
• Be patient focused with excellent counseling and communication skills
• Be empathetic and flexible
• Have commitment to handling private and confidential information with a high degree
of professionalism
