To process loan applications in compliance with the bank credit policy.
1. Loan portfolio management
2. Client relationship management
3. Customer Service (Attends to customer queries, explains bank products and services
to customers and Receives account opening forms from clients and ensure that all KYC
is in place).
4. Receives loan applications from clients, screens and verifies loans applications and
disburse loan in the system
5. Marketing outreach programs
6. Performs any other duties within the scope of the job
Degree in Banking & Finance or any relevant commercial degree
Minimum of two years relevant working experience as Loans Officer in a microfinance institution a MUST
Clean Class 4 Driver's licence is a pre-requisite
