Titan Law (Bulawayo) is looking for a Legal Practitioner who is focused, ambitious and hardworking to join the team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Conveyancing and Real estate
Civil and criminal litigation in all courts;
Demonstrating an understanding of civil and criminal procedure;
Drafting pleadings in all courts;
Researching and preparing legal opinions;
Exposure to commercial agreements, agricultural land reform law, property law including conveyancing, debt collection, defamation, labour law, and mining law;
Practicing in corporate law including drafting joint venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing agreements.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
LLB Degree
LLM, MBA or Masters' Degree in a related discipline is an added advantage
Admitted as a Legal Practitioner, Notary Public and Conveyancer in the High Court of Zimbabwe Admission in South Africa, England or Wales is an added advantage
Minimum 3 years' working experience in a law firm environment
Legal skills: excellent written and verbal communication, legal research, negotiation, time management, organised, attention to detail, strong personal ethics, professionalism, computer skills
Administrative and managerial experience preferred
