Job Description
NBA is currently in the process of recruiting a Legal Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
• To provide reliable, accurate, timely and well-informed advice to the Authority on legal issues and the potential legal implications of various corporate strategies and activities.
• Providing advice to the Chief Executive and the Executive Leadership Team on legal interests, risks and obligations
• Ensuring that professional best practice is achieved and maintained.
• Drafting of regulatory instruments and MoUs.
• Enforcing international conventions.
• Responsible for the conduct of litigation on behalf of the Authority.
• Reports to CEO.
Qualifications and Experience
• A law degree.
• Corporate governance experience.
• Clean class 4 driver’s license will be an added advantage.
