Job Related Duties
• Applicants must hold a Master’s Degree in Wood Science and Technology or any related subject area.
• The successful candidate will be expected to teach a wide variety of courses and to supervise student projects in some or all of the following areas: Wood Construction Equipment and Methods, Wood Machine Maintenance Engineering, Applied Structural Statics and Dynamics, Industrial Design, Workshop Technology, and Wood Manufacturing Processes.
• Ability to use online and blended learning techniques to deliver courses is expected.
• Candidates with wide industrial experience and additional qualifications will have an advantage.
• Possession of a PhD will be an added advantage.
