Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate should be research oriented, ready to supervise research projects, use relevant research analysis tools and teach at least 4 of the following modules:

Employee Resourcing,
Organisational development
Human Resource Development,
Human Capital Planning,
Industrial Sociology,
Labour Law,
Human Resource analytics,
Human Resource Information Systems,
Arbitration and Conciliation, and
Human Resource Reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

BSc Human Resource Management or equivalent.
MSc Human Resource Management or equivalent.
A tertiary teaching qualification is an added advantage.
A relevant PhD is a further added advantage.
