DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM AND HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT
The candidate must be capable of supervising both undergraduate and postgraduate students’ research work, assess students on Work Related Learning and teach at least four (4) of the following modules;
Hospitality and Tourism Law,
Global Distribution Systems,
MICE Management,
Hospitality and Tourism Innovation Project,
Digital Tourism and Hospitality Marketing, and
Quality Management.
BCom Tourism and Hospitality Management or equivalent.
MCom Tourism and Hospitality Management or equivalent.
A tertiary teaching qualification is an added advantage.
Diploma/HND in Professional Cookery.
At least four (4) years practical experience
A relevant PhD is a distinct advantage.
