Training employees and customers on Africa Gaming Products, Services and Soft Skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

 Products Knowledge Training
 Promotions and Customer Service Training
 On-The-Job Training
 Crafting Training Plans and Budgets
 Carrying out Training Needs Analysis
 Training Administration Work
 Carrying out Evaluation of Training
 Other Duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications and Experience

 Thorough Knowledge of Current Africa Gaming Products
 Degree in any area of Business Area
 At least 3 years’ experience in Africa Bet Branches
 Excellent Presentation and Computer Skills
 Will be resident in Harare
 Ready to travel across the nation
