LEACH AND ADSORPTION ATTENDANT
Applications are invited from interested and suitably qualified persons to fill in the following vacancy that has arisen within Croco Holdings group.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Operate leach and adsorption tanks in line with standard operating procedures.
Maintain correct slurry levels, flow rates, and retention times.
Monitor key parameters including pH, dissolved oxygen, and cyanide levels.
Record and interpret plant data, highlighting deviations.
Screen carbon to prevent loss and contamination.
• Maintain carbon inventory integrity and accountability
• Comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Safely handle hazardous chemicals, including cyanide.
• Ensure proper carbon movement within the adsorption circuit.
Qualifications and Experience
Key Skills and Attributes
• Knowledge of gold extraction processes (CIL/CIP).
• Strong safety consciousness.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a gold processing plant is preferred.
• Practical exposure to leaching and adsorption circuits is an added advantage.
• Basic training in gold extraction processes (CIL/CIP).
• National Certificate or Diploma in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, or a related field
