Job Description
Mutala Research/Infectious Diseases Research Laboratory (IDRL) is seeking to recruit a versatile Lab Manager to supervise and where necessary conduct laboratory assays in accordance with study protocols and ensure generation of quality data.

Qualifications and Experience
The incumbent will have at least an MSc or higher, 5+ years’ experience, be registered with Medical Laboratory & Clinical Scientists Council Of Zimbabwe (MLCSCZ) and have experience in clinical research and managing a lab team. They serve as the responsible officer for ensuring the provision of quality routine assay outputs.
