Duties and Responsibilities
• Performs house cleaning in the laboratory
• Collects samples from the manufacturing plant for analysis
• Maintains laboratory glassware in an acceptable state
• Performs laboratory tests
• Prepares samples for analysis
• Daily recording of samples obtained from the manufacturing plant
• Performs inspections for hygiene
• Adheres to safety, health environment, and quality systems.
• Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
Qualifications and Experience
• 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Diploma in Food Processing/Food Science or any other related qualification.
• Software: Excel/Word
• Knowledge of Dairy/Food/Manufacturing Background.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet set deadlines.
• Personality: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• FMCG Manufacturing.
• Fast-paced culture.
