Job Description

This role exists to assist the accounts clerks with the large volume of day to day processing and paperwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting Structure
Reporting To: Accounts Officers (and Financial Manager)
Interacts With: Accounts Team, Accounts Administration Team and Cash Team.
Job Description
• Ensuring daily and monthly uploads and posting captured accurately in Pastel.
• Scanning and photocopying for the department where required.
• Ensuring that all filing done neatly and timeously.
• Completing and submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports to superiors as required,

Qualifications and Experience

Candidate Specification
• Minimum Hiring Standard
• Education:
i. Administration, bookkeeping or accounting diploma or certificate
ii. Or Qualification by experience
iii. , Qualification by experience - minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience
i. Accuracy in processing large quantities or transactions
ii. Computer literacy - proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel
