Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the following position that has arisen in our organization. The successful candidate will be working at St. Anne’s Hospital.

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be reporting to IT Officer and will be responsible for the following among other duties:

• Provide Technical support to all colleagues across the Hospital.
• Installation of requisite software and maintenance of IT equipment.
• Resolving software and hardware related issues on a day-to-day basis.
• Design and install well – functioning computer networks, connections and cabling.
• Communicate effectively with Technical and non-technical colleagues on IT related issues.
• Coaching and arranging IT staff trainings.

Qualifications and Experience


Qualifications and Experience

• Higher National Diploma in Information Technology/Computer Studies or equivalent
• 3 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in both hardware and software maintenance as well as possess intimate knowledge of office software applications and windows based operating systems.
• Experience in iOS and Android mobile devices, PC hardware fault finding and repair.
• Experience in Linux based operating Systems
