Job Description
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.
Help set up systems or resolve issues
Troubleshoot system and network problems
Diagnosing hardware and software faults
Duties and Responsibilities
- Attending to user queries and interface problems
- Conducting Hardware and Software maintenance
- Data capturing
- Managing user accounts
- Setting up peripherals i.e Printers and Routers
Qualifications and Experience
-5 Olevel passes including Mathematics and English
- 3 A level passes
- A first class or upper second degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science
- A+ Certification or equivalent experience
- A valid class 4 drivers licence is a must
- 3 years traceable working experience in network devices/firewalls/Azure/O365
