Job Description
Job Purpose
Cassava Smartech is looking for a competent IS Business Analyst. Responsible for directing the business and technical teams through effective planning, decision-making, documentation, development and delivery of technical solutions that help Cassava Business Units realize value.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
• Reviews Cassava Smartech systems across all the Pillars supporting the business for reverse or forward engineering to keep the business at the cutting edge. • Provides information necessary for management strategic financial information technology planning and decision making. • Leads process and product improvements, and proposes solutions to any problems for the Sasai business. • Leads product teams in the business requirements definition process. • Works with the business teams to fully understand their products, and makes sure all of their requirements are captured. • Analyzes system documents and maintains system processes. • Creates and evaluates proposals to improve the overall efficiency of operations within the Technology Division. • Contributes to financial management processes by analyzing and proposing Technology initiatives. • Creates and evaluates proposals to improve the overall efficiency of operations within the Technology Division. • Provides technical consultation and direction to internal and external customers.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualification Skills and Experience
• 2-4 years of experience in IT environment • Exposure to Project management environment • Must have a sound knowledge of Fin-Tech, Financial Accounting, VAS technology, payment services and platforms. • Experience in project management in an IS environment is critical. • Honesty & integrity is a must.
