Qualifications and Experience
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
a) Company profile with at least 3 contactable trade references
b) Certificate of incorporation and proof of registered address
c) Current Tax Clearance ITF 263
d) Valid VAT registration certificate or confirmation- a must
e) All applications should provide detailed and verifiable document with the relevant laws
f) The bid submitted should show the prices per unit and total bid value
g) The tender value will be calculated using the price quoted times number of units per each class of goods as indicated
h) The expected bid validity period is August to November 2024. This means that the bidder should not change price and the condition of bid during this period.
i) Only companies/service providers meeting all the requirements shall be considered
