TSURO Trust invites reputable and registered suppliers to submit bids for the drilling and solar powered borehole four (4) boreholes in (Wards, 3 (Jinga), 5 (Nemutenzi & Chibuwe B), 20 (Chisikaurayi), Chimanimani District, under the Wet Hole Policy

Duties and Responsibilities

Scope of Work (per borehole site):
1.Borehole death wet hole policy
2.Pump type solar powered AC/DC submersible pump
3.Pump capacity 7000 litres per hour
4.Yield requirement 7 hours per day of pumping
5.Pump protection features (dry-run, surge and low water cut off)
6.Solar power size 580w
7.Solar panel type mono
8.Panel quantity 8 panels
9.Mounting structure – ground mounted steel frame with tilt angel 4m height
10.Storage 2 x 5000 litres Drip-Tech tanks
11.Tank stand 6m height
12.Community taps 2 strategically positioned 200 meters away from borehole
13.All pipes class 9
14.Fencing around borehole and solar with diamond fence 1.8m height
15.Livestock water trough with the following specifications:
· 20 meters long, 60 cm depth, 70 cm width, 15cm wall thickness, 60 cm height
· Anti-step installed at the centre of trough from edge to edge 20 meters long with 1 meter above the trough height.

Qualifications and Experience

Tender Submission:

▪Company profile and registration documents Valid tax clearance certificate Detailed quotation with breakdown of pricing and specifications Proof of experience in similar assignments.
