Invitation to Tender – Borehole Drilling and Installation Services (Wet Hole Policy)

Job Description

TSURO Trust invites reputable and registered suppliers to submit bids for the drilling and installation of
four (4) boreholes in Bumba, Chimanimani District, under the Wet Hole Policy.

Duties and Responsibilities

Scope of Work (per borehole site):
1. Borehole siting – Geo-survey
2. Borehole drilling and casing
3. Capacity testing (6–8 hours)
4. Supply and installation of two (2) x 5000-litre water tanks (JoJo)
5. Construction of one (1) x 3m high steel tank stand (with external security supporting bars)
6. Installation of one (1) livestock water trough per site/borehole (dimensions to be provided to the
successful applicants

Qualifications and Experience

▪ Company profile and registration documents
▪ Valid tax clearance certificate
▪ Detailed quotation with breakdown of pricing and specifications
▪ Proof of experience in similar assignments (provide at least 3 latest references in not more than 9
months)

▪ Proof of payment of US$50 (non-refundable application fee) paid to the TSURO Trust Stanbic
