Job Description
SUBJECT: OPEN CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE SUPERSTRUCTURE.
PELUM Zimbabwe is inviting qualified and experienced construction companies to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the construction of the superstructure of its new office building, located in Mt. Hampden.
Scope of Work
Duties and Responsibilities
The scope of work includes but is not limited to:
• Construction of the office superstructure (NB: construction excludes foundation which has already been constructed).
• Adherence to approved architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Compliance with Zimbabwe building regulations, health and safety standards, and relevant statutory requirements.
• Timely completion of works as per the project schedule.
• Provision of safety and security services on site during the construction.
Submission Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
Interested companies must submit the following:
• A letter of expression of interest.
• Company profile outlining relevant experience and capacity.
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles of Association
• CR14/CR6.
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate (ITF263) from ZIMRA.
• PRAZ certificate
• Minimum criteria declaration
• Declaration of absence of conflict of interest
• Reachable references of past work done
• NSSA Compliance Certificate
• List of completed or ongoing projects with references.
• Demonstrate having relevance insurance cover.
• CVs of key personnel.

Submission Deadline
Expressions of Interest must be submitted by [Friday 22 August 2025 at 10:00 AM CAT], either:

• Hand-delivered to: [Flat 2, 178 Hebert Chitepo Avenue, Birdcage Walk, Harare] in a sealed envelope clearly marked EOI – Office Superstructure Construction.
