Invitation for Supplier Registration on our 2024/2025 Suppliers List:
Deadline: 27 October 2024
Zimbabwe Women’s Bureau is in the process of updating its Suppliers Register. We therefore kindly invite prospective suppliers of goods and services under the following categories to apply for vetting, after the successful completion of which you will be included in our approved suppliers listing for 2024/2025.

4. Uniforms, protective clothing and IEC Materials
5. Cleaning materials
6. Printing, Stationery, Computer equipment, consumables, support and accessories
7. Car hire, transportation and shuttling services
8. Grounds equipment, landscaping and support
9. Insurance
10. Telephone PABX and support
11. Software Consultancy
12. Generator service and support
13. Furniture, Home and Office Equipment
14. Groceries and other food items
15. Pest Controlling and fumigation services

Qualifications and Experience
Interested suppliers are required to email the following documents:
• Certificate of Incorporation;
• Current Tax Clearance Certificate
• Company Profile indicating physical, postal address and contact person.
• Telephone numbers and email addresses of at least three (3) traceable trade references indicating the contact details of the contact persons.
• Registration fee of USD25

The closing date for submission of documents is 1200 hrs on 27 October 2024 and no documents shall be received or entertained after this due date and time.
This is purely an invitation to register as a supplier to Zimbabwe Women’s Bureau and does not constitute a commitment to purchase or any other form of contractual commitment with the Contracting Authority.
