Job Description
INVITATION FOR SUPPLIER REGISTRATION
CARE International started its work in Zimbabwe by addressing the urgent needs caused by severe regional drought. Since then, it has broadened its
programs to tackle long-term development challenges in addition to providing humanitarian emergency assistance. Through strategic partnerships
with local organizations, CARE International implements both short-term and long-term initiatives aimed at empowering vulnerable households in
Zimbabwe to fulfill their basic needs and achieve sustainable livelihoods.
CARE Zimbabwe is inviting Country wide suppliers, for goods, services and works listed below to participate for prequalification, for the purpose of
being registered as Approved preferred suppliers for the years 1 November 2025 to 2027. CARE Zimbabwe is open to work though out Zimbabwe
and currently operating in Harare, Masvingo, Zaka, Chivi, Bikita, Mwenezi, Chiredzi, Beitbridge, Mutare, Buhera, Bulawayo and Tsholotsho.

Qualifications and Experience
Interested suppliers must submit the following mandatory documents:
✓ Fill in the vendor questionnaire form (downloadable) state the category number
✓ ID Copies of the directors and their proof of residence
✓ NOSTRO Banking details with company letterhead
✓ Stamped letter from bank confirming that you bank with them with your bank's letter head.
✓ Tax clearance certificate
✓ Certificate of Incorporation
✓ CR6

✓ Three trade references on your company letter head
✓ Company profile
✓ VAT Registration certificate (if available)
