Job Description
Zimbabwe Association of Church-related Hospitals (ZACH), a registered PVO, is inviting prospective suppliers of goods and services listed below to submit their credentials for consideration and subsequent enlisting on the ZACH 2025 suppliers list.

2. Certified copies of CR14, CR6
3. Certificate of incorporation
4. Tax clearance certificate
5. VAT registration certificate where applicable

7. At least 3 traceable references from reputable organizations

Guidelines for applicants
1. This advertisement is an invitation to conduct business and not an offer to provide goods and services to ZACH. Please note that applicants will not be added to our suppliers list by merely submitting their credentials.
2. Current suppliers should also re-apply
3. ZACH reserves the right to accept or reject any application
4. Suppliers that cover various categories should submit separate documents for each category
5. Only successful applicants will be contacted after the assessment and vetting process.
Applications submission instructions
Applications shall be submitted as one PDF document clearly indicating on the subject the category number and product/service being applied for to procurement@zach.org.zw not later than 1600hrs Friday 3rd January 2025.
