Reporting to the Director Investments, the successful candidate will be responsible for execution and overseeing property development projects within NSSA’s portfolio. The role ensures accountability, efficiency, and the timely delivery of projects, while coordinating with contractors, consultants, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
Key Outputs
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of property development projects across both greenfield and brownfield projects.
Oversee contractor and consultant engagement, ensuring compliance with contracts, timelines, and quality standards.
Coordinate with regulators, local authorities, and stakeholders to secure approvals and resolve project-related challenges.
Monitor budgets, disbursements, and financial performance of projects, ensuring cost control and value for money.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
Ensure proper closure and handover of completed projects, including compliance with Deferred Liability Period (DLP) obligations.
Qualifying Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Business Studies, Investment or related field.
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Msc in Project Management, Investment or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A professional qualification in project management (PMP0, PTONCE2 or equivalent will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 4 years in property development, construction, real estate or project management
