Job Description

We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following positions at our new Electrosales Marondera branch:

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for continuous stock take and coordinating regular inventory audits.
• Ensuring that all stock take is done correctly and accurately.
• Investigating variances which occur with spot checks and negatives.
• Maintaining updated and accurate records of inventory.
• Preparing adjustments to stock quantities in line with investigations, or with breakages and usage of product, to correct the system relative to actual stock on ground.
• Ensuring that all products are barcoded
• Preparing adjustments to clear stock negatives within 48 hours.
• Ensuring that stock expiry dates are checked and rectified in time.
• Reviewing documentation and monitoring product codes to search for discrepancies as well as troubleshooting quantity discrepancies between stock and records.
• Ensuring that STVs are processed within 24hrs by the receiving to avoid errors.
• Preparing manual orders to Central Stores.
• Maintaining stock definitions.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Requirements:
• A minimum of 1 year of progressive experience.
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Accounting, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• A clear understanding of relevant hardware products is a must.
• Strong detail orientation with the ability to work with a diversified workforce.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills are required
