Job Description
Presentation, promotion and selling of products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Duties and Responsibilities
Presentation, promotion and selling of products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers, Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs, Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction, Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments, Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services, Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis, Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Qualifications and Experience
At least a diploma in sales and marketing, or related field.
• 5 O levels including English and Mathematics
• 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• A commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly computer literate.
• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
