The Insurance Agents are to effectively present and represent the Cell Insurance Brand in the Market; selling the Cell Insurance products and services as well as securing new business accounts to achieve maximum sales growth and market penetration, within specified and assigned market segments and geographical territories.
The Insurance Agents' key responsibilities will include:
• Establishing, and maintaining business relationships with both existing and new clients.
• Developing new business contacts and sales leads for the company in the southern region of the country.
• Preparation and submission of oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, expectations and competitor activities. (Market Intelligence gathering)
• Contributing to new business development and the development of new products and services.
• Development of effective/professional sales presentations to key decision-makers within the insurance value chain.
• Establishing and nurturing client relationships. (Client relationship management).
• Preparation of insurance quotations and follow ups to close the sale.
Five Ordinary level passes
Professional Qualification in Business or Equivalent
Certificate of Proficiency in Short Term Insurance is a must.
Relevant Work Experience
• Background in commission-based Sales job set up.
• Proven record in the sale of Short-Term insurance products.
• A strong track record of driving insurance sales growth.
• Ability to sell multiple product lines.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be results orientated, with an ability to work independently.
