Job Description

A member of the SME Association of Zimbabwe in the computer and ICT sector is seeking a full-time Sales and Marketing Officer. The incumbent will be responsible for the sales and marketing function, as well as leading and motivating the department's staff to achieve financial and qualitative goals.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring high quality service and client satisfaction
- Marketing of IT and related Products
- Hiring and supervision of sales reps
- Participation in tenders
- Creating and maintaining B2B partnerships and relationships
- Planning, execution and budgeting of marketing campaigns
- Conducting market research and spearheading branch expansion
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be high achievers who are not afraid of targets. Experience in the relevant areas mentioned above is a must. A competitive, performance-based package is on offer.
