Job Description
We are inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the position of ICT Officer within our company.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of new or modified systems or ongoing business projects
• Provide technical support and maintenance of ICT systems, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure smooth running of software applications, databases, and user systems.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ICT infrastructure to minimise downtime.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
At least 3 years' relevant experience in ICT support, systems administration, network administration or a similar ICT role
