Human Resources Officer/Assistant
Responsibilities
• Recruitment and Selection of new employees
• Maintaining good Industrial Relations at the workplace
• Personnel A dm inistrat ion and records keeping
• Handling Disciplinary and Grievances procedure
• Handling labour cases and attending courts
• Processing salaries and wages
• PerformanceAppraisals and assisting in Job Evaluations
• A class 4 driver's licence would be an advantage; recommended age 25-35 years.
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 "A" Level passes including English or Accounts
• Diploma in Personnel Management or related
• At least 5 years proven experience in HR administration and very good knowledge of Labour Law and regulations dealing with labour issues
• Computer literate and ability to run payroll packages
