Job Description


Applications are invited from seasoned training and change management specialists to lead ZINARA's training and development initiatives which supports ongoing organizational rebranding efforts.
The incumbent will report to the Director Administration and Human Resources
Job Purpose To coordinate and implement training, organizational development and talent management programs which supports the business strategy and ongoing change initiatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement training and development strategies which support ZINARA's rebranding initiatives
2. Carry out organisation wide training needs analysis and develop the annual training calendar focusing on both hard and soft people skills
3. Align staff to ZINARA's vision, mission and core values
4. Administer the training and development budget
5. Identify and manage talent for succession planning and organizational continuity
6. Evaluate the impact of training and development initiatives
7. Initiate robust and fit for purpose organisation
8.Coodinatete Supervisory and Management Development programmes
9. Coordinate students on attachment and graduate trainee programs
10. Come up with interventions to manage organisational culture and change initiatives
11. Implement the customer experience program at all tolling and vehicle licensing sites
12. Coordinate periodic skills audits and inventories to ensure an updated talents data base
13. Produce periodic talent analytics and reports
14. Coordinate the Results Based Management performance management system
15. Assists in entry side talents pipeline activities such as recruitment and selection
16. Manages ZINARA's talent banks and the entire training cycle

Qualifications and Experience

MINIMUM PERSON SPECIFICATION
❖ 5 0' levels including Maths and English
❖ Degree in Social Sciences: Human Resources Management/Psychology/Sociology/Politics &Administration.
❖ Part IPMZ/Working towards a Professional Diploma in Training and Development
❖ Clean class 4 Driver's license
❖ 3 years training experience
❖ Knowledge of talent analytics, training methods and techniques
