Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Human Resources Officer for Health, a Government handed, vacancy that has arisen within Chipinge Rural District. :Council. The incumbent shall report to tie Social Services Officer and shall be responsible for coordination and management of health related issues in all Council clinics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinating and managing of all health related issues in all Council clinics.
• Overseeing and managing all council clinic assets.
• Administration of health grants, preparing and submitting returns to the Provincial Medical Director (PMD)
• Administration of the clinic and general purpose fund
• Maintaining health staff records, preparing and submitting returns to the Provincial Medical Director.
• Overseeing and managing health personnel matters hi all Council clinics
• Facilitating and coordinating the registration of new clinics
• Safe keeping of all health related Council information
• Representing Council in health related fora.
At least 3 Years Post qualification in Human Resources Management Degree
Computer Literacy, report writing and communication skills
A clean class 4 driver's licence, an added advantage
At least 1 year experience in a related field will be an added advantage
At least 30 years of age
