Job Description

THE JOB
Reporting to the Human Resources Officer, supporting the human resources
activities within our mining operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and maintain up-to-date employee personal files.
Assist with job postings, schedule interviews, and coordinate site
induction for new employees.
Assist in processing monthly returns for NSSA, MIPF, PAYE, and ZIMDEF.
Serve as the first point of contact for routine queries regarding policies
and medical aid.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical personnel files, ensuring all
mandatory documents (ID, qualifications, contracts) are up-to-date.
Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning,
and data entry.
Handle correspondence with internal departments and external
stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

2. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources, or related field.
At least 1 year experience in Human Resources.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Office Equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
