Job Description

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the job is based in Harare and responsible for the following:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Periodic review of manpower resources to ensure an optimum headcount is
maintained.
• Coordinating recruitment and selection and overseeing on boarding for new
recruits.
• Preparation of accurate payroll input and ensuring its timely processing.
• Managing staff records by ensuring every employee file contains all relevant
documents.
• Recommends relevant human resources policies for the business and performs
periodical reviews of the same.
• Work with line function in Identifying training gaps and organizes and
implements training.
• Produce weekly and monthly operations reports.
• Provides correct guidance on the application of the code of conduct and any
other provisions of the Transport CBA/Labour Act.
• Must be capable of running the SHEQ function to ensure the company adheres
to the relevant Safety and Environment Management laws, Health, Safety and
Environmental regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree/HND Diploma in Human Resources Management or any relevant social
science degree.
• At least 5 years’ proven and relevant experience.
• Must possess an IPMZ Diploma.
• A training Qualification will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SHE systems an added advantage.
