Coordinates recruitment and selection of non-managerial employees
Administers the performance management and appraisal system.
Identifies employee training needs
Coordinates disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with code of conduct.
Supervision of payroll and employee benefits processing
Ensure staff complies to health and safety regulations and other ISO requirements.
Relevant first degree. Post graduate qualification is an added advantage
At least 3 years proven working experience as a Human Officer in a manufacturing set up.
Professional Qualification-IPMZ a must.
