Ultrabank Management Services has been retained by one of its Clients, a major player in the manufacturing sector, to recruit and select a suitable candidate for the above mentioned vacancy that has arisen at its Head Office in Harare.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides advice, guidance and assistance to line managers and employees on HR issues
Coordinates recruitment and selection of non-managerial employees
Administers the performance management and appraisal system.
Identifies employee training needs
Coordinates disciplinary and grievance procedures in line with code of conduct.
Supervision of payroll and employee benefits processing
Ensure staff complies to health and safety regulations and other ISO requirements.
Person Specification:
The ideal applicant should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:-
Relevant first degree. Post graduate qualification is an added advantage
At least 3 years proven working experience as a Human Officer in a manufacturing set up.
Professional Qualification-IPMZ a must.
An all-rounder in all aspects of Human Resources Management
