Global Platinum Resources, a leading player in the mining industry, is inviting applications from suitably qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. Global Platinum Resources is a mining company with the sole objective of mining platinum-group metal resources. The mining area, affiliated with GPR, is located in Selous Area, The Great Dyke, which is about 75 km southwest of Harare. The head office and working position are now located in Harare.

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A professional HR certification (e.g., IPMZ, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive HR experience (large-scale mining operations preferred)
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory HR role
• Proven
experience in recruitment, employee
relations, and performance management
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
