As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the human resources function, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, payroll management, performance management and compliance with labour laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement human resources strategies and policies
• Manage recruitment and selection processes
• Oversee talent management and employee development programs
• Foster positive employee relations and handle grievances
• Design and implement and implement performance management systems to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Identify training and development needs and implement relevant programs
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Manage employee benefits and compensation
• Collaborate with management to drive business objectives
• Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management
• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Zimbabwe
• Certification in human resources an added advantage
