Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Human
Resources Manager with strong leadership, strategic expertise and a deep understanding of professional HR
Practices and compliance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in responding to organisational changes, and foster team development while promoting a culture of inclusivity, growth, and high performance, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives and support long term organisational development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
• Manage and oversee talent and staff hiring and onboarding processes including but not limited to psychometrics, orientation of prospective employees and induction
Formulate training and upskilling programmes for all levels of staff and design various human resource plans and procedures .
• Oversee and administer all human resource activities
and ensure stable industrial relations climate on all factory, warehouse and storage sites
• Manage the monthly payroll processes including wage,
statutory deductions and leave scheduling and management
Manage internal company communication with all
heads of department according to employee policies
and procedures.
• Recommending effective organograms for subsidiaries
and departments, controlling and supervising input of
data on organisation structures, headcount and staff costs.
• Procurement of staff related materials including protective equipment, clothing, canteen stocks and clean-
ing materials to ensure optimal hygiene in a food environment
• Supervising the convening of disciplinary hearing in line with the company's code of conduct
• Monitor all employee issues, provide resolution for same and prepare strategies for all staff requirements, develop and retain
talent, administer all new employee enrolments and prepare change reports for all employees.
• Supervise efficient working of staff, provide required human
resource support to all activities, perform market survey to
analyse and recommend improvements to all compensation
programs and design recruitment policies
Design and monitor all programs, ensure maintenance of all
health procedures and assist to identify appropriate programs
for staff to achieve all company objectives and maintain knowl-
edge on all competitor compensation programs.
• Administer all HR activities, maintain professional relationships
with managers, HOD's, supervisors and team members to
ensure resolution of all HR issues and evaluate annual perfor-
mance of staff.
• Provide appropriate training for all staff

Qualifications and Experience

Requirements:
• Experience: 7 years plus
• Education: With a higher national diploma / degree in Human
Resource Management
• Software Experience: Belina payroll / MS Office / MS Excel
• Knowledge of: HR Principles and labor laws and regulations.
• Skills To: effective communication and organisational skills /
conflict resolution / strategic thinking / Motivate, lead and manage team
