Job Description

Human Resources Manager

The incumbent will report to the Chief Executive Officer

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement Human Capital strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Create learning and development programs that support internal staff development.
3. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system and contract management that d rives high performance culture.
4. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management and employment law.
5. Provide support and guidance to senior management in all HR related matters.
6. Nature a positive working environment.
7. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and provide decision support through key HR metrics and progressive people management solutions.
8. Support current and future business needs such as the development, engagement, motivation and retention of human
capital.
9. Administering the payroll and staff records.
10. Provides an analysis of trends in staff compensation.

Qualifications and Experience


Minimum Requirements
• Proven experience of at least 5 years as a Human Resources Practitioner.
• Ability to provide guidance, sound judgement and confidentiality and interact with all key stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge of Integrated Results Based Management System.
• Must be a holder of a Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Professional membership such as IPMZ.
• Possession of strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Clean criminal record subject to further internal clearances and vetting.
