• Headship of the Human Resources function
• Human resources policy and procedures implementation
• Recruitment and selection facilitation
• Industrial relations coordination
• Training needs identification coordination
• Compilation and implementation of the training and development plan
• Coordination of the Performance Management system
• Payroll administration
• Employee wellness administration
• Relevant degree in Social Sciences
• Diploma in Human Resources
• Membership of a professional body such as IPMZ etc.
• At least five relevant experience in the manufacturing or mining industries, two of which
must have been at managerial level.
