Duties and Responsibilities

• Strategy Development and Implementation
• Annual Human Resources Budgeting and Manpower Planning
• Organization Structure Development and Maintenance
• Staff Recruitment and Selection
• Industrial Relations management
• Performance Management
• Compensation Management
• Staff Development
• Policies and Procedures development and implementation
• Occupational Health and Safety management
• Payroll and HR Administration

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in HR / Social Sciences or business-related
• A post-graduate HR or business-related degree would be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years Human Resources value adding experience.
• Human Resources/Social Sciences Degree
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• High level of efficiency
